Custom Cakes & Catering

Bat City Gelato offers a number of catering options to suit your needs. We have catered local Austin events, festivals and weddings from 25 to over 2,000 people. We also offer custom order cakes for your special occasion!

PRE-PACKAGED SINGLE SERVINGS

The pre-packed single serving provides flexibility with number of servings and number of different flavors. We can accommodate from 25 to 2,000 people. Prices depend on serving size - small, medium or large. Orders less than 100 range from $2.15 to $4.00, depending on serving size. Orders 100 and greater range from $1.90 to $3.60, depending on serving size. Additional costs for delivery may apply.

THE COOL BOX

Order 1 or 2 flavors for your next party or get-together. The Cool Box will serve from 20 to 100 people, depending on serving size. Bat City Gelato will provide the cups and the spoons. Self-serve or Bat City Gelato will provide servers at an additional cost. Or, double the selection and quantity by adding a second Cool Box to your gathering!

THE BAT CYCLE

The Bat Cycle can accommodate both pre-packaged or scooped gelato. Bat City Gelato will provide servers.

GELATO CAKES AND PIES

We offer custom desserts for groups sized 6-16. Select a two layer gelato cake (6 inch or 9 inch), perfect for birthdays or special occasions or a custom gelato pie, perfect anytime! Since it is made custom order, please allow about one week lead time.
